A Little Girl Dream Come True: Published in Darling Magazine

My article, “Your Personal Body Project”
Hi Lovelies!

Hope you are having a great week! I’m starting to smell fall in the air, are you?

I got the best delivery in the mail today…my copy of the very first issue of Darling Magazine. I know you might think I’m biased, but I’m not lying when I’m telling you this is hands down the best women’s magazine out there!

Sarah, Natalie and the dozens of creatives, photographers and writers who collaborated on this project did an exceptional job and I feel unworthy to be listed alongside them.

When Sarah first asked me if I would write an article for the print issue, I did a happy dance inside, but then I freaked out, fearing I would have nothing of value to offer. I kind of urged her to ask someone else instead and told her that if she didn’t like my article she wouldn’t have to put it in there! I’m still sort of in disbelief that I got to be a part of this project. My article is titled “Your Personal Body Project” and focuses on the life-sucking opportunity cost of making our body a project.

One of the best parts of being involved in the launch issue is that so many of my friends and girls I’m inspired by were a part of this project. Starting of course with Sarah (the chief-dream and visionary), NatalieKristieChristianne Taylor, Emily, Joanna Hyatt and my friend Amber of Enjoy Cupcakes

I definitely invite you to get your own copy – Darling isn’t just a magazine – it’s a piece of art and literature you’ll want to keep on your coffee table for months or years. It will inspire, challenge and encourage you.

I’m taking it with me to Hawaii so I can really savor it once our conference is over! Let me leave you with this:

Keep your little girl dreams big! Never let the dreams of your heart die. One, because they matter and two, because they are more than possible!

Love & Hugs,

Allie
