I thought I would share my favorite protein powder and shake with you. I’m realizing how important protein is to this body of mine. I thrive on it. Before I used whey protein powder in my smoothies and shakes until my nutritionist told me about Now’s Pea Protein Powder. I buy mine HERE from Amazon and highly recommend it. It doesn’t smell funny and you can hardly taste it, especially once you add a little agave or stevia.
Here’s my recipe for my favorite shake that I make with it:
1 Scoop Now Pea Protein Powder
1 table spoon almond butter
1 cup coconut milk (unsweetened is best)
1-2 packets stevia
*Mix all in a blender or VitaMix and enjoy!
